Previously, Montgomery was a senior supervising editor/producer, Morning Edition at NPR. Before that, she had a short stint at WAMU-FM 88.5 and worked at NPR for 13 years, serving in various editorial roles.
Montgomery has a B.A. from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
