Sky News promotes Mehta to assistant news editor

Amar Mehta

Amar Mehta, a sports journalist at Sky Sports News, has taken on the role of assistant news editor. He joined Sky News in March 2021 as a news reporter.

Mehta freelanced and was a litigation reporter at The Lawyer. He reported for Newsquest and worked at The Telegraph, Press Association and Impact Magazine.

Mehta graduated from the University of Nottingham.
