Sky News hires Butterworth as news editor

Annie Butterworth

Annie Butterworth has joined Sky News as a news editor. She came from GB News, where she held the posts of producer, senior producer and recently, senior series producer.

Butterworth worked as a live news journalist at DC Thomson and as a news reporter at the Daily Mail. She served as acting deputy editor at Deadline News and a blogger at the BBC.

Butterworth graduated from Edinburgh Napier University.
