Sinmaz swaps the Daily Mail for the Guardian

Emine Sinmaz

The Guardian has hired Emine Sinmaz as a senior reporter covering breaking news and politics. She joins from the Daily Mail, where she has worked for more than 10 years, joining as a trainee reporter.

At the Daily Mail, she also worked as a news reporter. Sinmaz was also a trainee reporter at the Evening Standard.

Sinmaz has a M.A. in newspaper journalism from City, University of London.
