Louie Tran has been hired as a reporter at KIRO-TV Ch. 7, a CBS and Telemundo affiliate in Seattle. Recently, he was a weekend evening anchor and reporter at NBC station WXII-TV Ch. 12 in Winston-Salem, N.C.
Previously, Tran was at WPTA-TV Ch. 21, an affiliate for ABC, NBC and MyNetworkTV in Fort Wayne, Ind. There he held the posts of weekend evening anchor, multimedia journalist and producer.
Tran graduated from the University of Washington.
