The Seattle Times has tapped Michelle Baruchman as engagement reporter. She recently served as an engagement editor – Mental Health Project, which covers mental and behavioral health. Before that, she was an engagement editor with Traffic Lab, which covers transportation issues.
Prior to the Times, Baruchman interned at The Washington Post and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. She has also interned at The New York Times.
Baruchman graduated from the University of Georgia.
