Seattle Times hires Bryan as an education reporter

Claire Bryan

Claire Bryan has joined The Seattle Times Education Lab as an education reporter to cover K-12 and higher education. Recently, she held the same post at the San Antonio Express-News.

Previously, Bryan was a business reporter at Times Union and an education reporter at Chalkbeat.

She also worked at Harper’s Magazine and Vanity Fair.

Bryan has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
