Scripps News hires Marshall as a White House correspondent

Serena Marshall

Serena Marshall has joined Scripps News as a White House correspondent. Recently, she was a freelance correspondent and anchor at WUSA-TV Ch. 9, a CBS-affiliate in Washington, D.C.

Marshall also freelanced for CBS News and is an adjunct professor at the University of Florida.

She was a senior political correspondent at NowThis and worked at ABC News for more than nine years.

There, she held the posts of associate producer, digital journalist, reporter, producer and multi-platform journalist.

Marshall graduated from the University of Florida.
