Katharine Hay has rejoined The Scotsman as a rural affairs correspondent/specialist.
Hay reported for The Scotsman from January 2020 to September 2021 and held the same post at PA Media.
She freelanced for JPIMedia and was a journalist at Newsquest. She interned at The New York Times, based in France.
Hay graduated from the University of Exeter.
