Science News Magazine appoints Martin deputy ME

Cassie Martin

Science News Magazine has promoted Cassie Martin to deputy managing editor. Recently, she served as an associate editor.

Martin edited the magazine’s Notebook section and Letters to the Editor column. Before that, she served as an editorial assistant, supporting editors in all capacities.

She has been with the magazine for seven years.

Martin has a B.S. from Michigan State University and a master’s degree from Boston University.
