The Washington Post has hired Naomi Schanen as a breaking news reporter/video producer in the London hub. Schanen “will write stories and produce videos about the biggest global stories as they develop during the day in Europe.”
At the Associated Press, Schanen freelanced as a radio correspondent. She also served as a live video content curator.
She interned at The Japan Times, Bloomberg News and Daily Mirror.
Schanen has a B.A. in journalism from City, University of London.
