Saunders was also a creator and lead developer at Chexit.co.uk. He was also editor-in-chief of The Monocle, Durham’s first fully independent student newspaper.
Saunders has also worked at the Ipswich Star and Easy Anglia Daily Times.
Saunders holds a bachelor’s degree in history and journalism from Durham University.
