Sanderson joins Scottish paper The Herald as reporter

Ginny Sanderson

Newsquest has hired Ginny Sanderson as a reporter for its Scottish national newspaper The Herald. She wrote on X/Twitter:

“So excited to join the team covering the biggest stories in Scotland If you’ve got a story, or something you think needs to be covered, let me know!”

Sanderson joined from NationalWorld, where she served as deputy editor of the Edinburgh Evening News, and previously as an engagement executive. She has also worked as a senior reporter at JPIMedia.

Sanderson has a B.A. in English literature from the University of Kent and is an NCTJ-certified journalist.
