The Times has hired Claudia Rowan as a commissioning editor on the travel desk. Recently, she held the same post for The Telegraph’s magazine.
Rowan joined The Telegraph in January 2021 as an editorial graduate journalist, where she previously also interned. She also interned at Harper’s Bazaar.
Rowan has a B.A. in English language and literature from the University of Oxford, where she worked for its weekly newspaper The Oxford Student. She also has an MPhil. in English literature from the University of Cambridge.
