Ross swaps the Daily Beast for the Washington Post

Jamie Ross

Jamie Ross will be joining The Washington Post as a writer for “The 7,” The Post’s morning briefing. He begins Mar. 21.

Ross has been working as a reporter at The Daily Beast for the past 4 years. He also served as lead writer for the Cheat Sheet, which won the Digiday Award for Best Email Newsletter in 2018.

Before that, Ross was at BuzzFeed, where he worked as a political reporter and then as a Scotland correspondent. He was also a journalist at BBC News.

Ross graduated from the University of St Andrews.
