Rooks-Taylor joins Newsquest as digital reporter

Matthew Rooks-Taylor

Newsquest has tapped Matthew Rooks-Taylor as a digital reporter to cover all its titles across Hampshire.

Previously, Rooks-Taylor was a freelance journalist at That’s TV in Manchester, England. He also helped establish a daily news bulletin on the local digital radio station Outreach Radio.

He also published a documentary, “Our Town United, The Story of Basingstoke Town Football Club,” a selection at multiple acclaimed film festivals.

Rooks-Taylor has a B.A. from the University of Winchester.
