Gabriel San Román has joined the Los Angeles Times’ Metro team as a reporter to cover Orange County. Román wrote for the Times’ Sunday features and news publication, TimesOC.
Before that, he wrote for the now-defunct OC Weekly. He was also a producer at KPFK-FM 90.7, a radio station in California.
Román graduated from the University of California, Riverside.
