Previously, Rodriguez contributed stories in the health, arts, lifestyle and garden sections for the Sacramento Magazine. She worked at the Sacramento News & Review for 11 years as a contributor and managing editor.
Rodriguez is an award-winning journalist and has written about arts and culture for more than 15 years.
Rodriguez graduated from Sacramento City College.
