Alex McIntyre, a senior reporter for Reach plc title Cheshire Live, has left. His tweet reads:
“I’m no good at this personal news bs but just to say that I have now left @CheshireLive after taking redundancy. It’s been a real pleasure to return home to report on this amazing county and its incredible people for the last two and a half years.”
McIntyre joined Reach in November 2019 as a breaking news reporter for Chronicle Live. Before that, he was a senior reporter at Newsquest and Trinity Mirror.
McIntyre has a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Nottingham.
