Reach plc hires Naylor as East Midlands court reporter

Martin Naylor

Martin Naylor, a crime reporter at The Derby Telegraph, has announced his departure after more than a decade.

Naylor’s post on X/Twitter reads:

“So then, one of those godawful ‘personal news’ announcements. After nearly 17 years working in Derby I’m leaving the city for a new job as the East Midlands court reporter for Reach, mainly covering (and being based at) Nottingham Crown Court.”

Naylor is an award-winning and multi-award nominated journalist who graduated from the University of the West of England. He also has a postgraduate diploma in newspaper journalism from Nottingham Trent University.

You can congratulate Naylor on X/Twitter.
