Mica Soellner has joined Punchbowl News as a Congress reporter. Recently, she was a Capitol Hill reporter at The Washington Times.
Before that, Soellner was a breaking news reporter at the Washington Examiner. She served as a city hall/local government reporter and politics/2020 campaign reporter at Gannett | USA Today Network.
She contributed to Vox Magazine and PolitiFact, where she also interned, and interned at The Independent.
Soellner graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she was a political columnist at the student paper, The Maneater.
