After a lauded run on the New York Times Metro desk, Pulitzer Prize winner Brian Rosenthal is moving to the Investigations team as a reporter.
Prior to joining the Times in May 2017, Rosenthal was a state government reporter at The Houston Chronicle, a post he previously held at The Seattle Times.
He also worked as an interactivity producer at The Washington Post.
Rosenthal is a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and teaches investigative journalism at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
Rosenthal has a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from Northwestern University, where he was editor-in-chief of the student newspaper, The Daily Northwestern.
