Politico appoints Caldwell senior editor, magazine

Patrick Caldwell

Patrick Caldwell has joined Politico magazine as a senior editor. Recently, he was a deputy editor at The New Republic, where he also interned.

Previously, Caldwell worked at Mother Jones for eight years, where he held the posts of reporter, associate editor and news editor. He was also a writing fellow at The American Prospect.

Caldwell graduated from Grinnell College in Iowa, where he was editor-in-chief of the student paper, The Scarlet & Black.
