Philly Inquirer hires Bloch as a national reporter

Emily Bloch

Emily Bloch has joined The Philadelphia Inquirer as a national reporter with a focus on youth, internet and local culture. Recently, Bloch was an education reporter at the Florida Times-Union.

She is a contributor at Teen Vogue, where she covers news and politics. She was an associate editor at Flamingo, Florida’s statewide lifestyle magazine and reported for the Sun Sentinel. She was a blogger at SunFest of Palm Beach County, Inc and contributed to Miami New Times.

Bloch has a bachelor’s degree in multimedia journalism from Florida Atlantic University.
