Paullin joins Virginia Mercury to cover energy and environment

Charles Paullin

Nonprofit news outlet The Virginia Mercury has tapped Charles Paullin to serve as an energy and environment reporter. Recently, Paullin was a state politics, crime and courts, and Town of Strasburg reporter at The Northern Virginia Daily.

He served as a general assignment reporter, copy editor, Berlin reporter and crime, courts and breaking news reporter at New Britain Herald, a daily paper serving Hartford County, Conn.

He interned at The Hartford Courant and Snack Media.

Paullin has a B.A. from the University of Hartford.
