Mario Abad, a fashion editor at Paper Magazine, has gone freelance. He joined the magazine in August 2019 as a fashion reporter. The move comes following as the magazine laid off its staff and ceased editorial operations.
Previously, Abad was a fellow at Hearst Magazines and was a fashion and beauty assistant at ELLE Magazine.
He interned at Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar and Time Inc. UK.
Abad graduated from Texas Christian University.
