Sam Hall has joined the Press Association as a news reporter. He wrote on LinkedIn:

At The Telegraph, Hall he served as deputy editor of its flagship newsletter “Front Page.” Prior to joining The Telegraph in January 2021, he was a news reporter at The i paper.
He also worked as a politics researcher at The Times and as a news reporter at Guardian News & Media. He also reported for the Eastern Daily Press in the U.K.
Hall has a B.A. in history from the University of Cambridge and a master’s degree in newspaper journalism from City, University of London.
