Joey Horta has joined KTVU-TV Ch. 2, Oakland’s Fox TV station, as a reporter. Recently, he held the posts of morning/midday anchor and reporter at The E.W. Scripps Company.
Horta also worked as a morning/noon anchor and reporter at KGPE-TV Ch. 47, a CBS affiliate in Fresno, Calif. He also served as an anchor and reporter at KGBT-TV Ch. 4 in Harlingen, Texas.
An Emmy-award winning journalist, Horta has a bachelor’s degree in communication from California State University Stanislaus.
