Andrew Nygaard joined The Holyoke Enterprise in Colorado last week as a reporter.
Nygaard returns to his hometown after spending more than eight years working in Greeley at TTEC Holdings, a business process outsourcing company.
Later on, he was promoted to the position of service delivery manager, managing a department of up to 130 insurance-licensed customer service representatives and their supervisors.
In his new role, Nygaard succeeds Jes-c French who has accepted an English teaching position with Haxtun High School.
Nygaard said, “I’m excited to tell the community’s stories, and I think my background in writing will help with that.”
Nygaard is a graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder.
