The New York Times has promoted Corina Knoll to Los Angeles bureau chief. Recently, Knoll served as a metro reporter.
Before that, Knoll worked at the Los Angeles Times for 11 years, as a staff writer and editor. She formerly worked at Asian-American publication KoreAm Journal (now Kore Asian Media).
Knoll graduated from Macalester College in Minnesota.
