Bill Brink will be joining The New York Times International desk as a senior editor in London. He will be working closely with the Times Europe editor, Jim Yardley, and London bureau chief, Mark Landler.
Brink was recently a deputy on the politics desk.
Brink has been with the Times for 42 years. He has held numerous roles at the publication, including managing editor – continuous news, managing editor – Play Magazine, assistant business editor, deputy media editor, media editor and editor – business section.
Brink is a B.A. in American studies from the University of Notre Dame.
