NY Times hires Bang as video journalist for NYT Cooking

Jonathan Bang

Jonathan Bang has joined The New York Times as a video journalist for NYT Cooking. An excerpt from the announcement reads:

“Jonathan will create videos that bring cooking to life across the spectrum of what we publish: service journalism, entertainment and visual storytelling.”

Recently, Bang was a creative producer at Bon Appetit, Conde Nast. He formerly produced videos for Wired, Vanity Fair, GQ and Epicurious, a digital brand focused on food and created by Conde Nast.

Bang has a B.A. from Biola University in Los Angeles.
