New York Magazine’s Intelligencer has tapped Ryu Spaeth as features editor across the magazine. Previously, he served as deputy editor.
Spaeth joined in 2021, editing political coverage and also launched the popular Intelligencer Profile. Before that, he was at The New Republic, where he had worked for over 5 years as deputy editor and then as features editor.
He was also a deputy editor at The Week.
Spaeth has a B.A. from Williams College.
