Mariam Aldhahi will take on the role of managing editor at New York Magazine. She begins May 31.
Previously, Aldhahi held the post of director of editorial operations. Before that, she served as managing editor of Curbed. She also worked as a design editor and managing editor at Huge in Brooklyn and previously as a writer/researcher at Rockwell Group in New York.
She has also worked freelance for Travel + Leisure.
Aldhahi is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and the School of Visual Arts in New York.
