Nguyen moves to WaPo’s Book World as news and features writer

Sophia Nguyen, an assistant editor on the national politics desk at The Washington Post, has moved to Book World as a news and features writer.

In her new role, Nguyen will anchor books coverage and report on developments in the literary field. She will also alert the Post’s readers to noteworthy authors, books and ideas.

She also served as an assistant editor for Outlook and PostEverything. Prior to the Post, she was an editor at Harvard Magazine.

Nguyen graduated from Yale University.
