News UK appoints Jackson deputy head of travel

Laura Jackson

News UK has tapped Laura Jackson to serve as deputy head of travel for The Times and Sunday Times. Recently, she held the post of commissioning editor, travel for The Times and Sunday Times.

Previously, she freelanced and worked as an acting lifestyle editor for Fabulous Magazine at News UK. She also served as a commissioning editor at Time Inc.

She was at Express Newspapers for more than six years, where she worked as an editorial assistant and features writer.

Jackson graduated from King’s College London.
