Catherine de Lange, a magazine editor at the New Scientist, has been named editor.
During her 10 years at the New Scientist, De Lange held the posts of biomedical/environment news editor, biomedical features editor, deputy features editor, coronavirus editor and head of features.
She also freelanced and previously worked on the New Scientist video production team from June 2010 to March 2011.
De Lange has a BSc. from University College London, U. of London, and a MSc. from Imperial College London.
