New role for Mail on Sunday editor Hyde

Dan Hyde

The Mail on Sunday has promoted Dan Hyde to the post of deputy editor. Previously, he was an assistant editor overseeing City, business, investigations and campaigns across the paper.

He was also a money mail editor at the Daily Mail and has worked as a deputy personal finance editor and then as a consumer affairs editor at The Telegraph. He was also a money mail reporter at the Daily Mail.

He has also reported for This is Money/MailOnline.

Hyde has a B.A. in history from the University of York.
