NBC News digital video productions has tapped Yara Bishara as senior producer, features and specials. She joins from The New Yorker, where she was a supervising producer, documentaries.
She was also a content development manager at Quibi and previously worked as a producer and then as a senior producer at The New Yorker from December 2017 to February 2020. She was also a staff video journalist at The New York Times.
She has also worked at The Associated Press.
Bishara is a George Washington University graduate.
