Zinhle Essamuah will join NBC Nightly News Sunday anchor Kate Snow as co-anchor of the 2 to 4 p.m. ET hours of NBC News Daily on NBC and NBC News Now.
Essamuah is also a correspondent at NBC News. Prior to joining NBC News in October 2021, she was at NowThis, where she worked for more than four years. There, she held the posts of producer, political correspondent, anchor and correspondent. She was an adjunct professor at George Washington University and interned at CNN.
An award-winning journalist, Essamuah has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from George Washington University.
