Tom Blackwell, a senior reporter at National World, has left. His tweet reads:
“Retired as of today from the Nat Post, ending a newspaper reporting career that stretched from Tillsonburg to Taipei. It’s been a privilege to make a living doing something I love, but time now for new adventures.”
Previously, Blackwell worked at the National Post for more than 15 years in various roles, including senior reporter and health reporter.
He also worked at The Canadian Press for 11 years.
Blackwell graduated from Carleton University in Canada.
