MSNBC promotes Kepnes to managing editor

Jeff Kepnes

Jeff Kepnes, senior executive producer at MSNBC, has been appointed managing editor. Previously, Kepnes was an executive producer at CNN.

He was a senior producer at MSNBC from July 1996 to March 2003 and a producer at Fox News.

Kepnes has a B.S. from Boston University.
