MPR News has hired Estelle Timar-Wilcox as a Sunday reporter. Previously, she produced and hosted the SPNN podcast, taught community video and audio production classes, and co-led youth media programming at the Saint Paul Neighborhood Network in Minnesota.
Timar-Wilcox was a radio reporter at Minnesota Public Radio. She worked as a staff writer, associate news editor, news editor and editor in chief at The Mac Weekly, the student paper at Macalester College.
Timar-Wilcox graduated from Macalester College in Minnesota.
