The New York Times has hired Jennifer Mosbrucker as a photo editor on the National desk. She will be based in the Chicago bureau.
Previously, Mosbrucker worked as a staff photographer at the Columbia Missourian and the Columbus Commercial Dispatch. After her graduation from the University of Missouri, she spent a year reporting on rural health care in Mississippi with the school’s O.O. McIntyre Fellowship.
She has worked as a freelance photo editor at The Times since 2020.
