3E has hired Stefan Modrich as a reporter covering environmental health and safety regulations for its Bethesda, Md.-based editorial team.
As a Chicago-based technology reporter at S&P Global, Modrich covered Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter, the intersection of ESG and Big Tech, and the semiconductor arms race between the U.S. and China.
