Heather Harrison will join the Mississippi Free Press as a reporter after she graduates college in May.
Recently, Harrison was editor in chief of The Reflector, Mississippi State University’s student newspaper. There, she also served as a staff writer and news editor.
She was an intern politics editor at nonprofit Headliners in Education.
Harrison will graduate from the Mississippi State University.
