Bristow has also worked as head of the national sports network desk for Reach plc titles Mirror, Express and Star. He has also served as an online sports writer and as an assistant sports at the Daily Mirror, and was a deputy football editor at the Manchester Evening News.
He was an editor at The Associated Press and freelanced for The Independent.
Bristow has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chichester in the U.K. and a master’s degree from Goldsmiths, University of London.
