Milwaukee Journal Sentinel names Andrea as D.C. correspondent

Lawrence Andrea

Lawrence Andrea will join the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s political team as a Washington, D.C. correspondent to cover Wisconsin’s congressional delegation. He begins in June.

Andrea comes from The Indianapolis Star, where he worked as a public safety and morning breaking news reporter, and recently as a public safety reporter. He was previously an international reporting fellow at the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting.

Andrea has also reported for PolitiFact and interned at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Andrea has a B.A. in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
