Sabrina Barr, assistant TV editor at Metro.co.uk, has been tapped to serve as deputy TV editor. She will work on the entertainment team.
Before that, Barr served as a senior reporter covering TV. She joined Metro.co.uk in October 2020 as a TV reporter. In this role, she wrote news, reviews, features.
She also conducted interviews about TV shows and the entertainment industry. She reported on various topics, including mental health, fitness, fashion, food, relationships and feminism for The Independent.
She served as a junior writer and editorial assistant for Women’s Fitness Magazine at Dennis Publishing. She also worked at BuzzFeed, Impact Magazine and The Times.
Barr graduated from the University of Nottingham.
