Previously, she was senior editor at SHE Media. She worked at Refinery29 for more than three years, joining as a content editor and then serving as senior copy editor and then holding the post of lifestyle editor, evening news editor.
She was also a freelance features writer at Self Magazine. She has also served as a digital media specialist and then as a senior writer and editor at Phoenix House. She was also a contributing features writer at The Graduate Center, City University of New York.
Edelman has also served as a communications coordinator and senior communications coordinator at NYU Langone Medical Center.
Additionally, she has also worked at Mid-Hudson Children’s Museum and Westport Arts Center. She was also student activities resource center heat intern at Vassar College.
Edelman is a B.A. in English, art history and French from Vassar College and a M.A. in English language and literature/letters from New York University.
